“When she suddenly became really lame, I was shocked”

Amber has owned her horse Angel for three years when she noticed something wasn’t right during a lesson.
“We were just riding, and I felt she wasn’t moving quite right. Shortly afterward she became really lame. That really shocked me.”

The vet was immediately called in for an examination.
“They blocked her leg to see if it improved. It seemed to come from the left front leg. When we took X-rays, it turned out to be arthritis.”

Searching for a Sustainable Solution

The diagnosis was clear and was initially treated with injections.
“We had it injected twice. That did help for a while, but we also wanted to find something for the longer term, something that could help manage it better.” On advice, Amber started looking for additional therapy. “That’s when we came across Nano CellCare.”

Treatment at W&L Stables

The treatments were carried out by W&L Stables.
“They came here ten times to treat Angel. It’s not like the injury magically disappeared, but we really did see positive effects. What stood out most was her recovery after exertion. Now she might still take a slightly uneven step or be a bit lame, but it’s gone within 2–3 days. Before, that was definitely not the case. Then it would go wrong straight away and I’d have to put her back on rest for a while.”

What These Treatments Meant for Amber and Angel:

✓ Less severe lameness under exertion
✓ Faster recovery from stiffness or minor setbacks
✓ More certainty and better long-term management
✓ Support for a chronic issue like arthritis

“It’s just reassuring to know that she now recovers so much faster when she struggles a bit. That makes it so much easier to manage.”
